1 1/2 C Mayo
1 4 oz jar diced pimento drained
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp finely grated onion
1/2 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
1/4 tsp red pepper
4 C shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a 2 quart pan or 9" pie pan with cooking spray
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. mix well
Add cheese and stir in
Put all into prepared pan
Bake 20-25 minutes till golden and bubbly on top
