Hot Corn Dip

1 oz can mexicorn drained
4.5 oz can chopped green chilies drained
1/2 C mayo
1 C grated Montery Jack or Pepper Jack Cheese
1/3 C parmesan cheese

Combine all in a bowl
put in greased 8" baking pan
Bake at 350 30-40 minutes
Serve with Fritos
