Dry Rub - Bobby Flay

Mix all together
1 C ancho chili powder
1/3 C Spanish Paprika
3 Tbsp Oregano
3 Tbsp Coriander
3 Tbsp dry Mustard
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper
2 tsp Chile De Arbol
