2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 C. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 TBSP Chipolte peppers in Adobo Sauce diced small
1 4 oz can diced green chiles undrained
1/2 C Mayo
1/4 tsp garlic powder
11 oz can corn drained
1 small tomato
2 TBSP Cilantro chopped
2 TBSP green onion sliced thinly
Peheat oven to 350
Mix the cheeses, chipoltes, chiles, mayo, garlic powder and corn together. Pour into an oven safe dish.
Bake 20 minutes or till golden brown and bubbly
top with diced tomatoes, Cilantro, and green onion
Serve immediately with corn chips
