3/4 C Butter
1 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
lemon/orange zest
Sift together and add:
2 1/2 C flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
Chill at least 1 hour
Bake at 400 6-8 minutes

Ethel's Sugar Cookies
Cream together:
